Groundworks on a Commercial Scale
KBL completed the six month project of groundworks and drainage for the RED Technology Centre in Hexham, Northumberland, covering the building footprint, car park and wider development site.
The works included drainage installation, an attenuation tank and hydro brake to manage water discharge, followed by levelling and hardcore preparation ready for tarmac and construction.
The RED Engineering project demonstrates KBL's capability to deliver substantial commercial groundworks and drainage projects in Hexham and across Northumberland, combining careful site preparation, drainage expertise and practical construction experience.
