Complete New Home Build in Fellside, Northumberland.

KBL managed and constructed this complete new home in Fellside, Northumberland, taking the project from foundations through to completion over an 18-month build.

The works included foundations, timber frame construction, electrical and plumbing works, second fix and site clearance. Specialist piling was carried out by a third-party contractor before KBL continued with the main build.

With expertise spanning groundworks, foundations, timber frame construction and complete house building, KBL was able to manage the whole project and deliver a finished home built around quality, practicality and attention to detail.
