Our Family

KBL (Knowles Brothers Limited) was founded by brothers Alistair and Jon Knowles, bringing together decades of hands-on experience within the construction and property development industry. Growing up around skilled trades and building projects in Hexham and Northumberland has always been part of our family.

Today, KBL continues that same approach - combining traditional values, modern equipment and a commitment to delivering work we are proud to put our name to.

Our team consists of experienced and skilled professionals. Alistair and Jon oversee projects with the same attention to detail and quality standards that have built their reputation locally. Richard is KBL’s dedicated roto telehandler operator, bringing experience, precision and professionalism to every site. Keeping the family connection strong, Alistair’s son Jack is also part of the KBL team, helping continue the future of the business.
